The Power T750X1bd 750 Watt mono, ultra-compact amplifier is built on Rockford Fosgate’s patented Class bd technology platform. This design creates a highly efficient design that reduces the electrical impact on the vehicles charging system by using the efficient Class D technology while maintaining fidelity combining it with Class b topology.

Flexible vehicle integration is achieved via a configurable input harness with Molex style connectivity that accepts both RCA and speaker level signals while our differential input circuitry eliminates signal noise from entering the amplifier resulting in a clean audio signal. When using speaker level input signals, the amplifier also has integrated auto turn-on capabilities and converts its remote input terminal to an output that can be used to turn-on additional amplifiers.

This can eliminate the need of sourcing a separate remote turn-on signal for the amplifier from the vehicle. Top mounted controls allow easy access to the built-in low pass crossover, patented Punch EQ boost circuit and our patented C.L.E.A.N. input/output clip detection circuits. The 3-stage thermal lock extrusion with dual fan forced induction keeps everything cool while our real-time thermal/protection schemes safeguard the amplifier in the event of overheating or short circuit conditions. The unit is also compatible with our Punch PLC2 remote level controller and is ideal for those installations where you need a compact amplifier that can produce high output power.

Sound is good but really small for for such high power

Sound wise this is a great amp, as per every RF amp I’ve ever had it is underrated and mine claims to output 1023 watts at 1 ohm. It likely does put out that many watts despite being about the size of a VHS tape. So far it’s good but we’ll see if it holds up to the test of time. What gets me is how small and light it is yet it seems to be high wattage. The wire terminals are a bit smalller than I am comfortable with pushing this many watts. I’m surprised they wouldn’t use larger terminals as they used to. Small wires start fires, they just aren’t meant for the current draw of higher powered systems. I have to trust the engineers who designed it to not be foolish and be cutting corners. That’s not easy as I’ve seen people burn their cars to nothing but ash from skimping on cheap thin wires. Time will tell.I bought it to replace a amp that cost about half as much and was 3 times the size. I figured that my cheap amp couldn’t touch what a RF amp could do but I can hardly tell them apart sound wise. I guess they don’t make them like they used to. For the price difference I’d just get the cheaper one TBH.Overall it’s a decent amp and performs about as expected. I’m not regretting the purchase or anything but it’s not what I would expect from this manufacturer. A big plus I suppose is at the size it is there is room in any car to install it which is a good feature I suppose.

Great for the money and well built. Very small. Smaller than expected.

Birth sheet shows 1000 watts rms. This thing is small and will fit about anywhere. When i tested the amp myself I got around 960 watts at 1 ohm load. It does connect with 8 guage wire and is plenty and does not get hot. Make sure to use 8 guage all copper. The amp does have fans that run but I cannot hear them unless I put my ear next to it. This is made especially for restricted places such as a truck. I used in a 2019 new body style GMC Sierra. I wired it up to the rockford fosgate T1S-1x10P and it’s a great match and room to add another sub if needed.

Big Power from a small amp

This lil amp is a beast, It was bench tested at a lil over 1k watts, 8 gauge power and ground wire is plenty to run it, have it hooked up to a RF 12in P3, it works like a champ, intend on running another 12in P3 to it, don’t let the size fool you, I bought a Prime 750 amp, installer thought I was running it to the main sub, nope, a bit pricey, but well worth it in quality and sound, and it works well with a punch bass knob

    Nice size

Perfect size to place almost anywhere pushing two rockford fosgate p3sd2 10s

    Amazing for the size!

Amp clamps around 950 watts on music in my setup. It gets extremely hot but has not shut off yet. It is a very very small p the high level input and automatic on works amazing. Now for the cons. The terminals can barely fit 8 gauge wire. The power and ground are right next to eachother making installing large 4 gauge wire very tough. What you need to do is take your box cutter and spin it around the 4 gauge to cut the copper down around 40% at the end. Then put heat shrink so it protects the end up to the exposed copper. Then shove that thing in the terminal and clamp it down. For extra protection I snuck electrical tape between the two wires. They really just need to put the remote turn on terminal between power and ground and widen the plastic removeable terminal to allow the jacket of 4 gauge to enter. Then 5/5.

    Horrible terminals

Amp size, features, and power are 5 Stars, however the power and ground terminals are a joke. This is an amp that produces over 1000w and the Rockford people say it has 8 awg power and ground terminals. Well for one, 8 awg isn’t enough for an amp that produces over 1000w (you need at least 4 awg) and two, the terminals are actually only 10-12 awg. I purchased 4 awg to 8 awg reducers and then had to grind the reducer down to a 12 awg size to make it fit in the terminal. I have used Rockford amps for over 25 years and always been pleased, but I can’t get over how poorly these terminals were designed. At the least the remote slot should be in between the power and ground, can be very dangerous!

Love the compact size and overall performance

Great Amp; Great Price; Awesome Power!

As per usual, the REAL power is about 967Watts. Using this to run 2 shallow P3 Punch 10’s and wow, they hit hard!

    Great Amp

Compact, feature reach, pushes out a ton of power. I would not hesitate to purchase again.

  10. Superman

    This is quality sound

This amp is a perfect match for the T1 12 inch sub. If you want sq use a sealed enclosure and And make box big enough to compensate for speaker and the thickness of the wood. But stay to the specs and you will not be disappointed

I initially bought a budget 8" subwoofer unit from them, and my expectations of its performance were unreasonable. I decided to upgrade to a 12" and they readily accepted my return and promptly prepared the 12" for me. Very happy with my purchase! I Would definitely recommend doing business with the folks at DDF. :D
